Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at returns@tattooboutique.co.uk. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@tattooboutique.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at returns@tattooboutique.co.uk.
